What an incredible day! I love collaborating with Rosie at White Swan Yoga Studio. Today’s session included restorative yoga, a nourishing lunch (color bowls from Milk & Honey), mandala making (Seed of Life), collaborative danmala (flower mandala), color meditation and sound bath.

Our yoga mats were arranged in a circle with a beautiful bouquet in the center. The sweet little flowers around the vase were a gift for each participant. Everyone also received a wonderful blend of essential oils.
The mandala lesson was the Seed of Life.
As we filled the mandalas with color and shape, we reflected on what seeds we want to plant in our lives.
Petals from the flower arrangement surround my heart shaped rock to create a focal point.
As the participants were creating and coloring their mandalas, I was preparing for our danmala.
I sorted petals and leaves from the bouquet.
It never ceases to amaze me how we can all draw the same design and yet the results are so beautifully different.
Everyone was given one of the dishes with petals or leaves.
We took turns adding to our group mandala.
Here a smaller petal is layered over a larger one.
It was so fun to see how the mandala took shape.
It was exciting to see the ideas each person brought to the circle.
At times, participants with the same style petal worked together.
I love collaborative mandalas. You can’t predict how they will turn out.
With group mandalas, everyone has a place.
I loved seeing how our various petals and leaves come together and the connections we made.
