Slip into the creative zone this week as we find meaning in the art we make. Mandala means “circle” or “center” in Sanskrit. Creating Mandala art is an immersion into beauty, color, and form, as well as a powerful practice that fosters mindfulness and self-expression. In this workshop we learn techniques for constructing mandalas based on sacred geometry, labyrinths, and nature; we combine words, quotes, and journal writing with the mandalas we make; and we learn how the practice can reflect patterns in our life story and bring clarity and focus during difficult transitions and exciting milestones. You return home with completed artwork and practical tips for using these activities any time you feel blocked or are seeking direction in life. No art experience or supplies are required.

Wonderful! Keep in mind that it will be family week. It isn’t the typical Omega setting but it will be absolutely fun and incredible. I would love, love, love to meet you in person and create mandalas all week.
