Workshop #2: Tending Your Soul Garden Mandala

In this workshop, the gentle gardener invites us to look at how we’re tending our soul gardens. As you fill in the rings of your garden mandala with simple patterns and your favorite colors, you’ll plant the seeds of intention, weed out limiting beliefs, and water with affirmations to help your dreams to flourish.

Inspiring words grace the petals of this flower mandala and serve as a gentle reminder of what nourishes your body, mind, and spirit.

About the Presenter

Kathryn Costa is an artist, writer and educator whose passion can be summed up in three little words, “create and connect.” Kathryn’s workshops help people to find clarity, let go of fear, embrace their dreams and explore their creativity. Kathryn has opened the door to creative joy to thousands of people from 175 countries in her workshops, YouTube videos, and book, “The Mandala Guidebook: How to Draw, Paint and Color Expressive Mandala Art.” She lives in New Hampshire with her Brazilian husband Fernando.

    Dear Kathryn
    It all Sound womderful. Wish I could participate. but I live in Denmark. Is it posible to have the paper and work alone at home? I need it. Love WHO you are. Another thing: I have noticed that you are going to Bali later this year: I just want to know if you are aware of I Dewa Nyoman Batuan? And his books: Mandalas of Bali, and Mandala in Life? I have had the wonderful expierience to know him. And I know his famile in Ubud. Life is so inspiring : I Think it is such a wonderful coinsidence if you and I both know this artist . Ny husbond Per B. Rasmussen made an interview with hun on video. The World is huge bit also tiny.

    • Thank you Birgit for your note and your introduction to Dewa Nyoman Batuan. I’ve just ordered his book as it is a wonderful connection to my work and my forthcoming trip to Bali. I do not have these workshops available as an online option at this time. Do you have a copy of my book?
