Creating Mandalas at Omega Institute

Imagine a week dedicated to creating mandala art. For participants in the Mandala Program at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, they did just that spending 4-1/2 days exploring different ways for creating mandalas.

“I thought we were going to make one mandala during this week,” said Andy who like many were delighted to have completed six or more mandalas.

“I really loved the meditations and the spiritual aspect of creating the mandalas,” shared Patty. Each lesson began with a soul journey guided meditation with a theme that was explored in the mandala project.
